Rule III. — -JNo member shall retain amy book, or set designated as ''New" longer tban one week, nor shall Such book, or set, be renewed. Any other book or set, may lie retained two weeks, with the privilege of renewal. No book shall be reserved by the Librarian for any member.
Rule IV.— Any member who shall retain a book, or set longer than the time above limited shall forfeit two cents for everj' day a volume is so detained, which the Librarian shall have power to collect.
Rule V. — Extra books, or sets, not designated as "New" may be issued to members for a period not exceeding one month, upon payment of ten cents for first seven days for each book, or set, and two cents per daj' for each day thereafter.
